Before joining the network, Stacy Russo-Nichols worked as a bank teller at St. Martin Bank  & Trust Co. in Lafayette while she attended school at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She obtained a bachelor's degree from ULL in business management.

Stacy Russo-Nichols was introduced to the company by Suzette Morgan in 1999. She chose to work with Northwestern Mutual because of the products and services offered by the company. Also, she liked the independence and flexibility of being a financial representative.

Stacy Russo-Nichols is committed to continuing her education. She has earned the CLU, CLTC, LUTCF and ChFC designations behind her name.

Stacy Russo-Nichols was conferred her Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pa. The CLU designation signifies her specialty in retirement and estate planning, group insurance, employee benefits, and pensions.

Stacy Russo-Nichols has also earned her Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC) designation. With the CLTC designation, Stacy has received one of the most extensive educations available for financial professionals in the field of long-term care insurance.

Stacy Russo-Nichols has also earned her Life Underwriting Training Counsel Fellow (LUTCF) designation.

Stacy Russo-Nichols is an active member of the New Roads Rotary Club as well as the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
